Shipping
We prepare each order in the European Union and ship it with a tracking number. We ship to peninsular Spain and the European Union countries available on the checkout page. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
- Preparation: up to 2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Transit: between 3 and 8 business days depending on the destination country.
- Estimated total time: between 6 and 10 business days from when you place your order.
- Shipping costs: calculated based on the destination and always shown before payment. Free shipping on orders over €50.
- Tracking: you will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
The timeframes are estimates. In any case, and in accordance with Article 109 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Returns
The law grants you 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw. We voluntarily extend this to 30 calendar days.
- For reasons of hygiene and health protection, we can only accept products that are unopened and with their seal intact, as permitted by Article 103.e of consumer regulations for sealed products.
- To initiate a return, write to us at support@almireastudio.com indicating your order number. Wait for us to confirm the address before sending anything back.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered.
- We will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision, using the same payment method you used.
Damaged or incorrect products
If the package arrives damaged, please note it on the carrier's delivery slip if possible and write to us within the following 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and the product.
If the product is defective or does not match what you ordered, write to us within 14 days of receipt with photographs. We will cover the return shipping costs, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
All of this is independent of the legal guarantee of conformity, which continues to cover you even if the 30 days of this commercial policy have passed.
