2. What data we process

If you make a purchase: name and surname, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order details and transaction data. Your full card details are handled directly by the payment provider; we neither see nor store them.

If you write to us: the content of your message and any contact details you include.

If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

If you browse the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

If you post a review: the name and text you publish and the email address you send it from.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

Processing and delivering your order and handling returns — performance of the contract.
Invoicing and meeting accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
Answering your enquiries — performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
Sending you the newsletter and marketing communications — your consent.
Preventing fraud and keeping the site secure — legitimate interest.
Analytics and advertising through non-essential cookies — your consent.
Publishing product reviews — your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

4. Who your data is disclosed to

We disclose data only to those who need to process it in order to provide us with a service, and only what is strictly necessary in each case. The categories of recipients are:

the e-commerce platform that hosts the shop;
the payment gateway provider;
the manufacturer and logistics operator that prepares orders;
the carriers that deliver them;
the product review system provider;
the provider used to send marketing communications, if you are subscribed;
public authorities and official bodies, where there is a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we pass it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation apply, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. 5. How long we keep it

Order, invoicing and payment data is kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law. Data used solely for marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent. Everything else is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decision-making by writing to support@almireastudio.com. We may ask you for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

7. Children

This shop is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their personal data.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or configure them from the cookie panel and change your mind at any time.
