Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain and to the European Union countries shown as available at checkout.

We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

2. Order preparation

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Preparation takes up to 2 working days from payment confirmation, for orders of between 1 and 20 products.

3. Delivery times

Transit: 3 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country.

Total estimated time: 6 to 10 working days from the moment you place your order.

These times are estimates and are not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated. They may lengthen during peak periods.

In any event, and in accordance with article 109 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days of the contract being concluded. If that is not possible, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more.

5. Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number. A single order may be split into several parcels, with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

6. Incorrect delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If the carrier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is returned to origin, the cost of the second delivery will be yours.

If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at support@almireastudio.com: we will try to correct it if the order has not yet left the warehouse.

7. Delivery problems

If the parcel arrives damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery slip where you can, and write to us within 24 hours, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product.

If tracking does not update for more than 7 working days, write to us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

8. Taxes

Prices include VAT. Orders to other European Union countries are handled under the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, with the applicable VAT already included and no additional charges on delivery.
