1. Who we are

This shop is operated by ALMIREA. The full identifying details of the owner are set out in the Legal notice.

2. Who we sell to

We sell to people aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract, delivering to mainland Spain or to the European Union countries available at checkout.

3. Products

We sell cosmetic products manufactured in the European Union. All of them comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and are notified on the European CPNP portal. The responsible person in the European Union for the purposes of that Regulation is our manufacturer, whose name and address appear on each product's labelling.

Cosmetics are personal care and hygiene products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, please check the ingredient list (INCI) shown on each product page and on the pack before use.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

ALMIREA may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your purchase is the one shown when you place the order.

5. How the order is formed

The contract is formed when ALMIREA sends the order confirmation by email. Until then, ALMIREA may decline an order because of unavailability, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case we will tell you and refund the full amount.

Keep the confirmation email: it is your proof of purchase.

6. Payment methods

Payments are processed through the methods shown at checkout. ALMIREA does not store your card details.

7. Promotions and discounts

Quantity discounts and free shipping over €50 are applied automatically in the basket. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with one another and are subject to the conditions and availability stated in each case.

8. Delivery

Shipping conditions, times and costs are set out in the Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Withdrawal and returns

These are governed by the Refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity or, where applicable, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, at no cost to you.
